Introduction

My father's dead

A memorable event in my life was my father’s death. While surrounded an immense tragedy, I cannot forget that I started to live and how my life has changed since that time.

In December 1998, it was just before leaving on vacation day. My father traveled to Punta Arenas to rediscover one of his sons from his first marriage that I saw not long ago. It was because I wanted to have a nice souvenir at a significant date for him on Christmas Eve. I was 14 years old.

In Puerto Natales met with old friends who invited him to eat. Suffered a cardio-respiratory arrest because it did not do the diet demanded you and died suddenly.

My brother and his partner found out at the same time. Decided to go to the hospital where friends led to my dad. Took the road and left in car. Here in Santiago, my mother suffered from intense depression was pressured by the economic problems and I had to start work very young.

Biographie of the Caribbean

Cerro Chena

In Santiago there are many fun places. But there are wonderful places like that Cerro Chena, to mean runa simi: puma en estado de celo. I’ recommend this place because is amazing your nature and sight. When I went in there I loved at first sight. In this mountain you can imagine that you see a cougar. You can take the bus in the street Tarapacá, in the center of Santiago. The price is economic.

It is hill located between the municipalities of San Bernardo and Calera de Tango. Part of a large rocky cord and is located to the west of the commune of San Bernardo.

In this moment, the best musical group for me is "King Crimson". In fact, it is a musical group that I listen always. But I cannot define why, really it is a difficult defining for me. This music produce me surprise and the letters an inexplicable sense.
When I hear Rey Carmesí its sound does not leave me indifferent. In my memory lodges sensitivity and mystery. I feel peace and confidence in which, although the words are important, the caresses and the truths are essential. Besides the beautiful letters that I have found, melodies of the instrumental atmospheres is amazing.

Is not very habitual to find this kind of music in the chilean radio. I have little music of this group in my house. One of the reasons is that the Internet in my house is quite slow.

King Crimson is born in England in 1969. Their members at first are: the guitarist Robert Fripp and in the battery Michael Giles. The name King Crimson was idea of Peter Sinfield like a synonymous one of Belcebú: prince of the demons. According to Fripp, Belcebú is an anglicism of the Arab phrase B' il Sabab, which means "ambitious man”.

The first term of 2010

The first semester of this year has been interesting in the contents, since I have learned many things of my interest. But the study of psycholinguistic was frustrating for me. I am worried about this. The contents that I could value more were: infantile imaginary and critical pedagogy.
I went to swimming to the swimming pool of the university that is located near the Mapocho Station. But to enfer east winter to me. Therefore, I could not continue with this sport. Well, other activities in my free time were a Chilean infantile poetry seminary, in center Cultural of Spain, Saturdays by the mornings. In order to generate something of money work in the afternoons all the Fridays and Saturdays, in the theater of the Symphony Orchestra of the Univesidad de Chile in Plaza Italia.
The challenges that I will have to face in this change of semester will be contained new and new practices. Also I will live with my sister and no longer I will have to make the passages that every day did between Curacaví and Ñuñoa by the mornings and afternoons.
I lived with my mother in Curacaví. I think I will surprise that it much, since I will be far from her for a long period. I have two brothers and two brothers. All have their homes. Osvaldo lives in Isla de Maipo, he works in a truck. Rodrigo lives in Punta Arenas, and works in a bank. My sisters that live in Puente Alto, work from very young. Claudia is extroverted and not much Ximena. Now alive with Ximena in a department. Today, the distances are not a problem for me. I feel well because I have all the necessary one to live relatively calm.

Bolivia: a lovely country

I would like to go back to Bolivia because it is an excellent place to travel. This country is very nice for meeting people of ethnic groups. As well, I would like to go back to Bolivia because it is incredible the nature and territory.
I want to go to Bolivia because it is a border of Chile and is necessary to know about of related cultures. For me is very important to know other cultures because I want to work in Intercultural Education.
I would you like to do their activities with natives and people who were going to greet the reconciliation between this country and Latin America. In addition Bolivia it transmits much peace and desire to me to return there.
I would you like to study, work and live there because I feel a great admiration by the value that in Bolivia exists towards the culture and the nature. Work to in a schools, study to history and dance, finally I would you like there for a long time because is a country friendly and lovely.
When I went to Potosi a lot people invited me to live there and they offer me a scholarship to study at Bolivia.

Blogging in the english class

Really, I enjoy writing in the blog because it is very interesting to study English with this method. I’ feel that my articulating by better. And this is a good strategic for to implement, but I need to know what we really mean by learning better.
I think that method improves my expression but there exist one difficult: I can´t see the mistakes. I believe the most important change is reinterpreting my view about growth. To grow intellectually is good, but to grow in time very narrow produces stress.
In this country I need to educate children’s to take care of the English, but there is little information about if it to teach in this university. This point is very controversial.
In my opinion, probably, there exist many possibilities of work with the English. For example, combine more both languages. Besides, it’s necessary to create a real awareness about of learning of the English.
The advantages are the forms: improvise, write about topic to be of interest, use the technology and her power of persuasion, etc. The disadvantages of blogging in the English class are: not to know the reasons grammatical, not much experience speaking English in class, jamming in the radio, etc.
I’ feel it is a must articulating changes in our perceptions about of the learning the English. The English is a language very simple and complex simultaneously.
So, this space is very funny to. Read the blogs of the other persons is very nice, as well I see creative photos and interesting histories.
Finally, I think that blogger is a good instrument, but not serve ignore than speak more, because this serve for practice and have knowledge, anymore. Speak in English is very complex. We need to make more dialectic in class.

The end of semester

I was given a blog and I believe this is great. I will be speaking that blog of Fran, really I don’t know, but I think that we have something in common. Your blog is called “Ingles III. Fran”. In this blog there are eleven posts. This blog has good features, because is realist and deep.
My favourite post is: Lalo and Nestor: My best’s friends. This post is very interesting for me, because I’ remember whit this image the nights of summer in Curacaví. The house of my friends has an oven of mud. We stayed all the night singing and dancing. As well, we talked about of life; sometimes we remained silent.
This is my favourite post because I remember that in other post can’t write about of my best friend “human”. Usually, when I go to university can’t go to visit. I feel nostalgic, but in the next year: “Here I come!”
I’ think that the aspect of English they should focus on more is your humanist character. I suggest that in class we can improve more things. For example, write a rehearsal and more experiencies. We could write about a lot of topics of diferent areas.
Finally, I believe this blog is very nice. It’s excellent. It’s one of the best blogs that I have seen. Why I like this blog? Because these history and good interpretation.

Creativity is God?

In this blog I will speak about of Ken Robinson. He seems to be very clever. I think so that he’s raving on about his Knowledge. In the beginning he took about of Creativity and God. I think he jokes a lot. He talks about the mistakes and the confusion. That is where its charm lies. In education the secret is not to stop work, because creativity is rewarded at this company: the education; but I feel that hardly ever be heard the attitude of the childhood when the jokes no are funny.
As for god: “the sooner we begin, the sooner we’ll finish”. The mistakes not represent creativity, but reflections about face up to with the persons and the situations. The creativity to serve for put nearer the mistake towards a best attitude.
I Believe that Robinson can put near the learning of English whit a lot mood, without ignore the basics questions for a real fluency of thought and language. With this exercise I feel that my learning there’s been slight improvement in his condition.
Bring on the learning revolution is very strange for this conditions that Chile. Here the system in general is careless. Because the people not say that feel and not speak about that they make of the society.

With this I mean that the talent is overvalued. The art is underestimated generally and it thinks that something that is not necessary to develop, as well as of this takes hold people to establish the talent as departure point to create.

The eye of the Inca

To this I took it photo next to a friend. We travel to Bolivia in October of the 2007. We went to an encounter of the Latin American cultures in Cochabamba. When they invited to us to Potosi, we raised the mountain and we bathed in this lake: The eye of the Inca. I like much this photo because memory that we lost ourselves when to return. Nonmemory if it or I took. In any case, memory that the water is very warm and in means of the lake were eddies that made very dangerous swim.

We take so many photos that did not know which to choose. Photos of the encounter with dancers of Brazil, Mexico, Cuba, etc. With natives and people who were going to greet the reconciliation between this country and Latin America. I chose it not to be seizure well, but because it brings the best memories to me of the trip as far as the connection with the nature.

This is my favorite photograph because it as much cost to me to arrive there and to leave there, that I do not know to explain how I found that lake and the return way. In addition it transmits much peace and desire to me to return there.

Also it is not compared to Hornopiren. I do not believe that they are distant and very different climate places, nevertheless, could either only choose one between both.

my best friend is a street guide dog

I don’t have a best friend because I do not only have one. Could to be that my better friend is my dog. Your name is Lucho.We live in a street with few houses. We know ourselves since it has been getting to live there for four years. What we have common is its energy and my joy when seeing it to run when I under the bus.
To both we like to eat and to play. It enchants to us to play with other dogs, especially with morocho and blancucho. When I arrive in the nights appear the three dogs to the way and after to jump body they run to the hill losing itself in the dark. Clearly us it makes different the fact that we did not express ourselves of the same form. Lucho it barks and it makes howls, is an animal; I speak to him and I issue orders to him, I am a person. Furthermore, we do not eat the same. It eats special food for animal. I like vegetables and the fruits.
We took well because I feel that it takes care of to me and never has tried to bite to me, is very affectionate with me and it always has an affection sign towards my. In the summer we go to the river and we bathed. In one it puts of water and I in the brook. We have never fought.

Hornopiren

I went there in the summer of the past year in a bus with my friends of the school. We were sitting down. I was in the lead, because I taked a photograph of landscape. The highway goes from Santiago to Chiloe and this place we boarded a ferry for to cross the island.
When we arrived in Hornopiren we were overjoyed. We had their arms around each other. This place it is one of the most amazing places I have seen in all my life. This small town is very quiet and in your streets I saw common people. The will of the people is impressive and peaceful. The travel turned out just as we planned but the stay not.
The first day we has to looked for all around the town lodgings and leased a campsite next to river. Then we walked for two hours all the weeks for to arrive at the mountains. All the days we walked to the river but to the mountains we meet to explore the place in a huge dimension.
All them we cooked singing and swim playing to ball.
I’d like this town because is very wonderful the landscape, your countless times green and yours giants trees. Really is an interesting place for meet with family or friends.

The education: a dificult problem today
I feel the education is a right because in my opinion haven’t support the education in Chile. We need to solve the reader creativity with activities liberated of the authority; too we need to improve the listening comprehension and to establish the themes import ants for the students.
I think the major difference between state and private schools is the structures conditions than restrict the work of the teacher, because I courses with a lot students is complicate to make classmates. Anyway the children to have many family problems that restrict personality development; as well to limit the learning cognitive, emotional and social.
If we separate children depending on the family income never this defies the imagination.
I don`t feel receive a good education at school because the teaching is unfair, because we must work harder and the administration is very is very placid.
I’ know about any projects to considerably improve the Chilean education, but there isn't public information about this projects in the media: television, newspaper, rado, etc.

Delicatessen

Well, I like very much the cinema and my favourite film is “Delicatessen” because is very illogical and comic. This film is based in their characters: a tenant artist, a butcher, between others. All they live in a dilapidated building, in a rural zone, in France. The history is a satire than the hard times in Europe, when in 1950 the food was scarce and the animals start die out. The plot of the film starts when the tenant artist fall in love for the daughter of the butcher.

The day of the earthquake...

Mi expectation for this semester

My expectation for this semester is to understand the articulation of the English and to be able to read and to understand it. I need some tools and disciplines, since I have difficulties in the composition and correct articulation. In addition I want to improve my understanding with other cultures that use this language, of this form not only to use it in the classes but also in the work Annex in other areas, that is to say, I do not only want to explain but also to communicate.
